HAITI

In response to the growing needs in Haiti since the massive earthquake in January of 2010, Cedarcrest Church has partnered with Compassion International and the 410 Bridge to bring about restoration in the small village community of Chadirac, just north of Port-au-Prince. Our primary focus is to work with local church pastors and community leaders to provide clean water, schooling, healthcare, discipleship resources, and point the community towards putting their trust in Christ. Cedarcrest members have an opportunity to go each Spring Break with a team from our church.

DATES: March 31-April 7, 2012

There will be opportunities for every age and skill level to help.  You will also have the opportunity to work in a Compassion village and meet you Haitian Compassion child.

UGANDA

In 2011, Cedarcrest Church began a partnership with 3 Strands International Ministries of East Africa and Christ Ambassadors Church of Mukono, Uganda. Through African Pastors, Onesmus Weru and Joseph Kakande, Cedarcrest members have an incredible opportunity to make disciples in Uganda through evangelism, pastors conferences, women's ministry, children's ministry, prison ministry, hospital ministry, sports camps, and meeting your sponsor child with Compassion International.
